On Sunday the sun was shining which was great so we went out for a picnic and found ourselves at Byland Abbey near Helmsley in the southwest corner of the North York Moors National Park. It was really nice to sit out under the full sun but not too great for photography, it was very contrasty but I came away with some images. Here are three of them.
