Further along on our circular tour, Hawes – Ribblehead – Ingleton – Kirkby Lonsdale – Sedbergh – Hawes, we pulled over onto a roadside car park east of Sedbergh in Garsdale. I’m used to seeing birds scavenging around picnics but a pair of Shetland ponies! At least I think thats what they are.
